Delivery Times
Delivery times are generally 3 working days. However, they may vary depending on the carrier or your destination.

Shipping costs vary from country to country and according to the type of delivery selected. Depending on your place of residence, customs duties may be charged by your carrier; these are entirely beyond our control.

Dispatch Times
All jewellery is handmade and requires extensive craftsmanship. This is why each order from the permanent collection may take up to one month before dispatch. Otherwise, your order will usually be shipped within 2 weeks.

Cancellation and Returns
Upon delivery, please check your parcel in the presence of the courier. If any damage is detected, please refuse the package as defective. The courier will take the necessary steps to return the parcel, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Exchanging Your Jewellery
Return shipping costs will be at your expense should you wish to exchange a piece of jewellery, as the initial shipping costs were already covered by the company. For rings, resizing is possible within two sizes up or down; otherwise, it will be subject to a fee. We therefore strongly recommend taking accurate measurements before placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information. Return and reshipping costs will be borne by you.

Please note: Vermeil jewellery cannot be exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.

Important: The size guide on our website does not constitute an official measurement by Céphéide Joaillerie. It does not confirm a ring size, even if it appears to match the guide. It is intended only as a supplementary tool and cannot be 100% accurate. We therefore recommend always having your measurement taken by a professional jeweller before purchasing a ring from our website.

All returns must be in their original condition and complete. In this case, you bear responsibility for the item. Once you take physical possession of the products ordered, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.

As for personalised jewellery, it cannot be returned to the standard sales circuit in the event of a return. The right of withdrawal does not apply. You therefore have 3 days before your order is processed to cancel.

Please note that as delivery is carried out by a third-party carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due solely to the customer’s unavailability. The same applies in the case of parcel loss — please contact the carrier directly. However, do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you.
